Billing Policy

Plans and payment processing

Before payment, Contractor Pursuit displays the selected plan, price, billing interval, material limits, and renewal terms. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Contractor Pursuit does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Limited free trial

The limited free trial requires no payment card, ends automatically after 14 days, and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. It provides access to up to three current opportunities matched to the company’s approved profile. Additional genuine company-matched opportunities may be represented only by securely concealed placeholders that do not reveal usable project information.

Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual billing interval until canceled. The subscription price already paid will not change during that paid term. Material prospective changes will ordinarily receive at least 60 days’ advance notice, except where faster action is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or urgent platform risk.

Cancellation

A customer may cancel before the next renewal through available account billing controls or by contacting admin@contractorpursuit.com. Canceling prevents the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated at cancellation or required by law, access continues through the already-paid billing period.

Refunds

Completed subscription payments are non-refundable, with no prorated refund or account credit for unused time, except where required by law or expressly approved by Contractor Pursuit. Approved or legally required refunds are processed through Stripe.

Access, export, and retention

Customers should download information they want to keep before access ends. Self-service access and downloading stop when subscription access ends. Contractor Pursuit retains the inactive company account and customer-controlled workspace information for 60 days. During that period, an authorized representative may request one complete available export through info@contractorpursuit.com. Contractor Pursuit does not prepare selected records individually.

The export excludes Contractor Pursuit’s proprietary future-opportunity pipeline, research database, and information outside the customer’s entitlement. Searches and active research do not continue while an account is inactive.

Acceptance

Before initiating a paid subscription, the customer must affirmatively accept the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, selected plan, price, billing period, and recurring-billing terms. Those terms are part of the customer’s subscription agreement.
